How far in advance should we reach out to book?
Most couples reserve their date 7-10 months in advance, giving us time to seamlessly blend into your wedding vendor team and timeline. If your celebration is sooner, we still invite you to connect here. If our calendars align, we’d be honored to thoughtfully capture your wedding day as it unfolds.

Do you travel for weddings outside of Northern California?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a weekend in wine country or a destination wedding across the country, we’re happy to travel wherever your love takes us. For weddings outside of Northern California, a custom travel fee will apply based on your location and selected service package.

Do you offer any payment plans?
Yes, your investment is split into two payments. To secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding.

When will we receive our content, and how is it delivered?
Your candid wedding photos and videos will be thoughtfully organized and delivered via a private Google Drive link within 24 hours of your wedding day. They will be sorted into clearly labeled folders for seamless access, making it easy to download, share, and return to on your honeymoon and beyond.

Not at all—we’re here to complement your vendor team. While your photographer and videographer capture posed portraits and cinematic highlights, we document the behind-the-scenes moments in an unfiltered, authentic, true-to-life style. Plus, instead of waiting weeks for your photos or videos, you’ll receive your gallery within 24 hours, so you can relive it all while it’s still fresh in your mind and heart.

How do you capture our wedding content?
Each member of The Candid Bride team captures content on iPhone models 14, 15, or 16. We arrive fully prepared—with chargers, video stabilizers, portable lights, and even a backup phone—to avoid drawing you (or your loved ones) away from the celebration.
